Sound Healing
Sound healing uses vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage healing within the body and mind. The sounds and frequencies help calm the nervous system, balance energy, and can even shift brainwave states, leading to deeper meditation and emotional release.
Kirtan
Kirtan is a traditional form of devotional chanting from India, involving call-and-response singing. It’s usually accompanied by instruments like the harmonium, drums, and cymbals. Kirtan focuses less on “performing” and more on collective participation, making it accessible to everyone regardless of musical experience. It creates a powerful sense of community and connection through shared sound and intention.
