A full day workshops combining practical movement, simple breathing techniques and clear movement advice and support
10.00am – Arrival and Welcome
Settle into the space, meet the group, and ease into the day with a gentle introduction.
**10.15am – 12.15pm
Mobility, Strength and Yoga Flow**
A carefully designed two hour session combining stretch, mobility, strength, and yoga.
We will focus on:
• Improving joint mobility and flexibility
• Building strength to support your body
• Releasing tension through deep, targeted stretches
Suitable for all levels, this session will leave you feeling open, strong, and rebalanced.
**12.15pm – 1.15pm
Lunch and Café Experience**
Enjoy a nourishing, healthy lunch at the beautiful
Sancta Bookstore café.
Take your time to relax with a latte, connect with others, and browse a thoughtfully curated collection of yoga and wellbeing books, with an exclusive 10% discount available to you.
**1.15pm – 2.00pm
Riverside Walk and Market Visit**
We head out together for a relaxed 45 minute walk along the river, giving you space to digest, chat, and connect.
We will also pass through the charming
Otley Market, with time for a quick browse and soak up the local atmosphere.
**2.00pm – 3.00pm
Deep Stretch, Restore and Relax**
Return to the studio for a deeply nourishing afternoon session.
• Extended deep stretching using a variety of supportive props
• A gentle check in to explore what your body and mind need
• Restorative yoga to fully unwind
The final part of your day is dedicated to complete relaxation, guided by Danya’s calming voice through meditation and stillness.
